# １　基本的な考え方

法人等の手続における身元確認では、①法人等の実在性確認、②申請等の手続を行う代表者等の個人（以下「申請者個人」という。）としての身元確認を行った上で、③法人等と申請者個人との紐づきの確認を行う必要がある。概念図を以下に示す。
